I have been helping people from all walks of life for more than 10 years. After finishing my studies in Spain, I started my career training people on a one to one basis in different environments and with different methods. I’ve brought all my experience and knowledge to England since 2016, getting more and more interested in helping people improve their health and wellness. As a keen sports person, I’m passionate about what physical activity and fitness can do for your health, so I’m really interested in helping you become fitter and stronger whilst improving your quality of life.
