Born and raised in Australia, my childhood was filled with outdoor activities, particularly sports and exercise. Following a traumatic hand injury that led to multiple hospital visits and rehabilitation, I developed a strong desire to assist others, inspired by the support I received in my youth.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Rehabilitation Science followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
After university, I spent three years working in private practice and non-profit organisations. In these roles, I supported individuals with various chronic health conditions, guiding them in engaging in tailored exercise and physical activity programs aimed at improving their health and well-being.
I derive great satisfaction from my work, appreciating the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of both physical and mental health through evidence-based exercise prescription.
